3. Total Data Sovereignty We do not mine, read, aggregate, or sell the data stored within your managed instances. Your customer lists, leads, internal communications, and proprietary business data remain strictly isolated and entirely yours.

Infrastructure Access Our engineering team’s access to your managed environment is strictly limited to infrastructure maintenance, applying security patches, and resolving technical support tickets explicitly initiated by you. We employ strict Identity and Access Governance protocols to ensure our staff cannot access your application-level data without authorized consent.
